All one needs to do is look up the profiles of known track hounds (Scott Smith, Guapo, Tu, and vorpalZ just to name several [apologies to anyone I didn't list, like ni[x]it]) and see what they use (Scott/Guapo = Stoptech; Tu/vorpalZ = Wilwood). Then contact them and inquire about the reasons they selected their particular brake set-up and also get input on their experience with the issues such as fade, front/rear bias, etc. When it comes to braking performance for track use, I'd trust the real-world feedback from the track hounds.
